I currently work in local government in service design, customer policy & digital. I’m passionate about engaging with customers to listen to their needs and observe how they consume services. I’m a bit of an IT & Digital geek. I’m also a Digital Envoy for #digitaltogether promoting digital skills in the workplace and for citizens.

Outside of work I am a Trustee for Kenward Trust, a Kent based registered charity, helping people to tackle substance misuse problems. I also enjoy cycling.

I have an Engineering Degree, and Post Grad Diplomas in Management, Leadership & Strategy. Accredited qualifications in LEAN, Agile, PRINCE2 & Coaching.
